Delivery charges depend on the destination, order size, and shipping method selected at checkout. At West Indian Rags, each item is produced on demand, so shipping is calculated individually for every order. Once you place your items in the cart and enter your delivery address, the system will automatically display the applicable shipping rates before you confirm your purchase.
West Indian Rags securely processes all payments through Square. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Depending on your region, additional payment options such as Google Pay, or other digital wallets may also be available at checkout.
Please note that all transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). If your bank account uses a different currency, conversion rates and fees may be applied by your card issuer or financial institution.
For your security, we do not store payment information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and handled directly by Square’s secure system
Since all West Indian Rags products are custom-made on demand, delivery times include both production and shipping.
Production time: On average, it takes 2–7 business days to create and prepare your order. This ensures each item is printed, quality-checked, and packed with care.
Shipping time: Once your order is ready, shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance and local postal services.
Please keep in mind that these are estimated timeframes. During peak seasons (such as holidays or promotional sales), production or shipping may take a little longer. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped so you can follow its progress.
Yes — shopping at West Indian Rags is completely secure. We take your privacy and data protection seriously. All transactions are processed through Square, our trusted payment processor, which uses industry-leading encryption and security protocols to protect your financial information.
We never store your full payment details on our servers. Sensitive data such as credit card numbers are handled only by Square’s secure system.
Additionally, our website is protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which ensures that any information you enter (such as your name, address, or payment details) is transmitted safely over the internet.
Your personal information is used strictly to process your order and deliver your items. We will never sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Once you place an order with West Indian Rags, the process begins right away since every item is made to order:
Order Confirmation – You’ll receive an email confirming your purchase and the details of your order.
Production – Our team begins creating your custom item. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product.
Quality Check & Packing – Each product is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our standards, then securely packaged.
Shipping – Once your order is ready, it’s handed over to our trusted carriers. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Delivery – Your order arrives at your doorstep within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.
Because our products are custom-made, production begins immediately. For this reason, all sales are final and changes or cancellations are not possible once an order is placed.
Yes. As soon as your order is confirmed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email that also serves as your invoice. This email includes a breakdown of the items purchased, prices, taxes (if applicable), shipping charges, and your delivery details.
If you need an additional copy of your invoice for your records, you can simply save or print the confirmation email. Should you require a formal PDF invoice, please contact us at dred@izwestindian.com and we’ll be happy to provide one.
